Catch Marine is a welcome addition to the tired restaurant scene in Indiranagar. It was refreshing to walk into a sparkling new restaurant, away from the street noise and smells. Don't get me wrong I love al fresco dining, but 100 Ft. Rd. does not provide optimal ambiance. Sure, the service at Catch Marine was not flawless, it does have some kinks to work out once they've been running a bit longer, but overall I felt the food was fresh and of a high quality. I wasn't concerned at all about eating seafood here. We ordered the avocado and shrimp salad to start and my husband ordered the fresh fish of the day- red snapper in a creamy herb and wine sauce. I ordered a combination of fried monkfish and basil prawn curry. Everything was good. Also, I must comment that their bread was delicious. Bad bread or no bread is a real pet peeve of mine. I did see that Catch Marine offered a buffet so I'm not surprised by the previous reviewers disappointment, in my international and food loving experience, I've never had a good seafood buffet.

An amusing birthday at Catch Marine
Catch Marine is a multi cuisine restaurant serving Thai, Spanish, Italian, Mexican & Continental dishes. I visited Catch Marine at 100 Feet Road on my hubby's b'day & I was very much surprised with their long listing menu. I am sure your first few minutes will definitely go in surfing the menu & then to decide what to order. But that was ok & with the help of staff suggestions we zeroed in on certain dishes. We ordered a combo meal Louisiana seafood wherein the fish was prepared in different toppings & sauces, Thai red cuury & Penne Foamggio Pastas. All the dishes were very yummy to taste. They also some special items for kids. In dessert we opted for our favorite Tiramisu which was again one of the best. When they came to know that it was hubby's b'day they played a beautiful b'day song & gave us complimentary ice cream. It was a nice birthday evening & we really enjoyed it.
