This weekend Koovs is sending 50 lucky Koovers to where we all came from - the wild. While helping you sharpen your survival skills, we will also teach what needs to be taught the most today, how to embrace the nature in its entire splendor.
Spend a day with us at Savandurga; a hill 33 km west of off the Magadi road. Savan Durga is famous for a temple and is also believed to be among the largest monolith hills in the world. The hill rises to 1226 m above mean sea level and forms a part of the Deccan plateau. It consists of peninsular gneiss, granites, basic dykes and laterites. The Arkavathi river passes nearby through the Thippagondanahalli reservoir and on towards Manchanabele dam.
For this expedition Koovs ropes in the experts, experts who make us realize the value of all that nature has blessed us with, admire its beauty and revel in its presence.
