Yes, you read it right, Fireflies - The earth spirituality ashram. At Koovs, we understand the difference between a want and a need. From time to time Koovs, besides always giving you what you want, goes a step further to provide what you need. Music is for soul and that is something that we all need. The world is nothing but vibrating energy at a frequency of its own and we being a part of it are no different. Let the night long festival of Fireflies help you find your rhythm and make you resonate as one with the universe.
Today, Koovs brings Fireflies Inter-cultural Centre, Dinnepalya, Bengaluru, an annual dusk-to-dawn Festival of Music on 20th February, 2010, at the spacious Fireflies amphitheatre. The Festival, which is into its seventh year, has become increasingly popular with the Bengalurians mainly because of its carefully chosen gamut of music ranging from and Folk Rock, Soul Fusion, nuances of Sufi, Qawali, Kannada folk, Kerala folk, Reggae and Rap, Percussion, Jazz and Soul stirring Veena, all performed by the maestros.
The Festival starts at 6:30 in the evening and continues through the night till 6:00 the next morning. The food and beverage stalls take care of the audience needs throughout the night.
