Oops, Now! Well, most of the successors that ran their business aircraft have a similar tale. Nope people, ours’ is a bit different, a bit peppy, and a bit loud!
Four boys hung out together in school, Oh Yeah, literally – hung out of classrooms. Back-benchers, notorious to the core, great friends, tickle-to-bone funny and not to miss their razor-sharp brains, that almost covered their naughty chores. They played along their childhood with some heavy cloud that cooked for long-long years, robustly filtered and furnished their knowledge at Indian Institute of Technology. Challenges actually began there, and then followed the brainstorming with various roles at conglomerates and companies that swung along the nation. An afternoon, after a heavy & audible Beer burp and many promises, the boys opened their shutter of experiences and conceived Koovs in 2009. The beginning was soft with plenty of sensitive dimes that they played along, but managed to sail rather slow and steady with lots of HONESTY!
The four boys were Manish Tewari, Amit Shukla, Kanishk Shukla & Rajesh Kamra. Today, they are the ‘Heroes’ of Koovs – one amongst India’s top 3 E-Shopping sites.

ReplyDeleteon december 5th but so far I have not received. after several attempt and talking customer care they are telling I will get today. Today has never come for the last 15days. If you don't have the ability for commitment then don't do it. I have also lost the 25% discount coupon since it is expired due to more than one month.
Still I have the patience by calling customer care and waiting for response for longer time.
Did I make mistake by buying this product from you? I think so. It will be my first & last dealing with KOOVs.
If I still don't get delivered this product. I will assume it is a company with no business ethics and not survival for anymore.
Looks like a bunch of frauds. My order no 219538 has not been shipped for over a month. No one picks up the phone or connect me to a supervisor or answer emails. Pls be very very careful
ReplyDeleteAfter taking my order, I was told that what I ordered was out of stock. So I had to pay more money and upgrade it to the product which was available, and I did. The product I ordered is in stock, since 3rd January, no one has bothered to ship the product till today...
ReplyDeleteWhat takes you so long to ship a product is beyond me! How come other better websites, like snapdeal, fny, flipkart and even ebay delivers it bang on time, even before the stipulated date...
And the customer support is terrible, they have no clue about the products and the ground reality of when will they be shipped, if they are in stock or not and so on...please educate them...

Dear Shankar, call them after 11:30 at night..they will pick up :) and blast them left right and center...because they are not going to deliver. Then tell them that you need the refund within 24 hours by any means...and write to samson@koovsmail.com, he is the store manager...he would mostly reply promptly...and they should help you..
